Luscious Pecan Pie
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup light Karo syrup
3 eggs
1 cup pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 if using a glass dish)
Melt butter. Add sugar and Karo. Beat in the eggs, 1 at a time. Blend in pecans. Pour into your favorite crust and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. servings.
